Personal details
I was born in Nyíregyháza, Hungary, 1977.
I attended the secondary school in Nyíregyháza in the Zrínyi Ilona Academic Grammar School and I graduated with an excellent record. I took state language examinations in English and Russian languages. In line with my secondary school studies I graduated from the State Conservatoire, with a guitar major.
Qualifications
In 1995 I gained admission to the Faculty of Law of the University of Miskolc. I performed every semester with an excellent classification.
I wrote my essay with the title of „From,the Council of Constitution to Court of Constitution” with outstanding result.
I was dealing with insolvency and company law mainly during my studies.
For my results, I was awarded by the Minister of Education with the Scholarship of the Hungarian Republic in the academic years of 1998/1999 and 1999/2000.
In 1999 I got the first place in the Civil Law Section of the Scientific Conference for Law Students, which was organized at the University of Miskolc. The title of my essay was: „Voidable contratcts in insolvency proceedings”. (I was analyzing the specific rules of fraudulent transactions harming creditor’s interests.)
On the same Conference I also got the first place in the Criminal Law Section, the title of my essay was: „Financial crimes in connection with liquidation process”. (The subject was bankruptcy and other crimes.)
I graduated at the Faculty of Law in 2000, as the first from 357 students, with „summa cum laude” classification. The title of my thesis was „Legal affairs in liquidation processes”.
I also got the medallion of „Szemere Bertalan” as an appreciation of my scholastic record and academic activity.
In April, 2002 I got the first place on the Commercial Section of National Scientific Conference for Law Students, with my essay which title was „Legal disputes in insolvency procedures”.
Academic knowledge
After my graduation, I was admitted with the highest score to the Ph.D scholarship of the Cicil Law Department, (Faculty of Law, Miskolc University, Institute of Civil Law) to the program named: „Development of the Hungarian state- and legal system, considering especially the European law tendencies”.
I got the scholarship for three years and at the end I obtained the absolutory. My research theme was ascertained as the liability in substantive law and insolvency.
I wrote several essays and I lectured several times in the subject of insolvency, for example on the Conference of the Hungarian Association of Insolvency Practitoners and Asset Controllers or at the conferences for PhD. doctorands. In the field of my PhD I wrote 34 publications, which appeared mainly in the main legal journals.
Furthermore, I took part in the training of Bankruptcy Law in a postgraduate course called Specialist in the Company Law, which was organized for graduated lawyers, jugdes, attorneys-at-law at the University of Miskolc.
I have been appointed as an assistant lecturer for 4 years, between 2003-2007 at the Civil Law Department. In the purview of civil law I taught the law of contracts, law of companies, insolvency law, family law, rights in rem, law of torts and intellectual property law. I was the appointed teacher of the Basic legal elements subject on the Faculty of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Faculty of Earth Science and Engineering.
I was elected as a member into the Legal Department of the Hungarian Association of Insolvency Practitoners and Asset Controllers, between 2003-2007.
I get my PhD degree in Dec 2011, with an excellent result. The title of the dissertation was: „The liability of the shareholders and owners of the companies for the insolvency.”
Practical experiences
In September 2000 I started to work as a clerk in a law office. I represented companies under liquidation process and I participated in complete conducts of insolvency and bankruptcy processes. I was working for four years as a clerk while I gained broad experience of the whole insolvency proceedings from the point of view of the debtors, creditors and liquidators.
In the autumn of 2004 I took the BAR exam with an excellent result and since then I am working as an lawyer from the 15th of September 2004.
